“Brentwood’s new rotisserie chicken restaurant”

The owners of CKN wanted to bring a new dining concept to Brentwood with rotisserie style chicken being the offer. The challenge was to convert a redundant and tired sports bar into a spectacular new dining establishment. We introduced bold statements with walls clad in reclaimed timber sleepers sourced from India. Highlights of colour in the new fixed seating, a polished concrete floor and feature neon signage finish off a truly unique space.
